This is the full lineup of Thai restaurants the Michelin Guide stands behind, led by two-star Baan Tepa and its White Lotus dish of jicama, lotus root and enoki layered into a kaleidoscope pattern. Right behind it sits R-Haan, another two-star known for its old-recipe river-prawn tom yum, and one-star Jay Fai with her legendary crab omelette. If you want real Thai food already vetted for you, start here.
Baan Tepa
First things first: Baan Tepa is temporarily closed for renovation, from after 2 May 2026, and is expected to reopen around 26 August 2026 — don't call a car to Ramkhamhaeng just yet. If you want to taste Chef Tam's cooking while you wait, look to the pop-up at F.V Sukhumvit 39 from 22 Jul–2 Aug 2026 (Wed–Sun, seatings at 17:00 and 20:00), priced at THB 4,500++ or about THB 5,297 net, booked via LINE @BAANTEPA or WhatsApp +66 98 696 9074
For regular service once it reopens, budget THB 6,200++ per person (about THB 7,298 paid in practice) for the 7-course tasting menu, dinner Wednesday–Sunday, seatings at 18:00 / 19:00 / 20:00. Booking runs through TableCheck, which opens a 60-day advance window; solo diners should email reservation@baantepabkk.com instead of booking online. Key rules to know: children 12 and up only, and there's no vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free option. Getting there is the part to plan for — the Ramkhamhaeng/Bang Kapi area has no nearby train line, so a taxi or Grab is the only convenient answer. Worth following the @baantepabkk page, since the reopening booking date will be announced there first. Read the full review →
R-Haan
Budget starts at 5,212++ THB per person for the seasonal samrub (recent 2025 reviews cite 5,212–5,512 THB). Adding a wine pairing costs roughly another 3,512–3,812 THB — with tax and service charge included, budget somewhere in the mid-teens to low-twenties of thousands of baht per couple to be safe. Booking runs through the TableCheck system and requires a deposit to secure the table. If your group is over 5 people, call the restaurant directly at 095-141-5524 or email reservation@r-haan.com, since you may be offered one of the private rooms seating 6 or 18 instead.
The restaurant is open for dinner only, daily 18:00–23:00. There's no walk-in queue since it only accepts reservations. Get off at BTS Thong Lo, but the restaurant sits deep in Soi Paidee Madee (between Sukhumvit 53 and Thonglor Soi 9), about a 15-minute walk from the station — taking a motorbike taxi or regular taxi from the mouth of the soi is more convenient than walking. Don't forget the dress code: long trousers, closed shoes, no sportswear or sleeveless shirts, and the restaurant only accepts children aged 6 and up. Read the full review →
80/20
Budget starts at THB 4,500++ for the 14-course tasting menu (the whole table must order the same menu), plus an optional wine pairing at THB 2,800++ or THB 3,200++ depending on how many glasses. Booking is through TableCheck only, and requires a THB 1,000+VAT deposit per person. If you want a Friday or Saturday dinner table, book weeks ahead — seats fill fast. Groups of 9 or more must book via WhatsApp instead, and the restaurant doesn't take children under 5.
The restaurant is open Wednesday to Sunday, 18:00-23:00, with last seating at 20:30 (closed Monday-Tuesday). Dress code is smart casual, enforced per the restaurant's actual policy. Getting there is easy — get off at MRT Hua Lamphong and walk about 10 minutes into the Talat Noi/Charoenkrung neighbourhood. It's worth arriving about half an hour before your reservation to wander the Talat Noi lanes and work up an appetite before the long 14 courses begin. You can flag your spice preference when booking, but shrimp paste, garlic, and chili are parts the kitchen won't leave out. Read the full review →
Akkee
The main cost is the dinner set menu at THB 3,850 per person (add-ons not included), plus the Thai craft beer and sato pairing — seven glasses for another THB 1,550 — if you want to go all out, or you can order a la carte instead. Booking goes through the widget at akkeerestaurant.com/reservation (eRestaurants system), by phone at (+66) 82 561 4691, or via LINE — seating is a small counter, so always book ahead, especially for Saturday-Sunday lunch, which fills up faster than anything else. Important note: the tasting menu has no seafood-free or vegan version.
The restaurant is in Pak Kret, Nonthaburi. Hours are dinner 17:30-23:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with Saturday-Sunday adding lunch from 12:00-15:00. Closed every Wednesday. The most reliable way there is by car or taxi/Grab — the Pink Line's Pak Kret Bypass station (PK07) is the closest station, but the walking distance from the station to the restaurant hasn't been confirmed, so grabbing a Grab from the station is the safest plan. Aksorn
Budget for the THB 4,150++ per-person prix-fixe menu, plus a 10% service charge and 7% VAT. Add the wine pairing for another THB 3,200. Booking runs through the SevenRooms system, linked from aksornbkk.com, or you can call +66 2 116 8662. The good news is Aksorn is easier to book than most MICHELIN-starred restaurants in Bangkok — no need to set an alarm to fight for a slot like some places — but Friday and Saturday nights still fill up first. If you want a weekend, book 1-2 weeks ahead or more, and keep in mind there's a cancellation/no-show fee of THB 2,075 per person, so double-check your date before confirming.
The restaurant is dinner only, daily 18:00-22:00, with no lunch service. Getting there is easy for a restaurant at this level — get off at BTS Saphan Taksin and walk north along Charoenkrung Road for about 10 minutes. The restaurant is on the 5th floor of Central: The Original Store. We'd suggest arriving in the neighbourhood about an hour before your booking — walking Charoenkrung in the evening is genuinely enjoyable — before heading up for dinner. After the meal, you can carry on at the restaurant's own rooftop bar without needing to move anywhere else. Read the full review →

Aulis
Budget per person runs around THB 6,000++ for the tasting menu (THB 7,500++ during certain periods or special events), with wine pairing billed separately. Dinner runs Tuesday through Saturday, starting at 18:30; lunch is by appointment only. One key thing to know before you plan: Aulis closes for its annual season from May 16 to November 16 every year, so bookings aren't possible at all mid-year — it reopens mid-November. If your trip falls in the Andaman rainy season, shift your dates to high season instead.
Booking runs through the online system on aulisphuket.com, or call +66 96 604 5469 (email info@aulisphuket.com) — there are only 15 seats a night and they fill fast, so book several weeks ahead, especially December through February. The restaurant sits inside the Iniala Beach House hotel on Natai Beach, Takua Thung district, Phang-Nga, about a 15-minute drive north from Phuket airport across the Sarasin Bridge. It's an easy stop if you're staying in northern Phuket or around Khao Lak. Plan to arrive a little before 18:30 to catch the sunset on the beach before the meal starts. Read the full review →
Bo.lan
Budget per person starts at THB 3,980 for the 10-dish Bo.lan Brief menu, up to THB 4,800 for the 15-dish Feast (prices exclude tax and service). Book through TableCheck with full prepayment required, or call 02-260-2962 — the key condition is that cancelling within 48 hours or not showing up gets you charged the full menu price, and refunds lose 7% VAT. Let them know at least 24 hours ahead about any allergies. If you want to open your own wine, corkage is THB 1,500++, waived if you order one bottle from their cellar.
The restaurant is open Thursday–Sunday, dinner service only, 18:00–24:00. The dining room is a small wooden house with limited seating, so weekend seatings should be booked several weeks ahead — Thursday and Friday nights are easier to get into. Getting there is easy: it's on Sukhumvit Soi 53 in the Thong Lo area, about a 10-minute walk from BTS Thong Lo, or a motorbike taxi into the soi gets you there quickly. Read the full review →

Coda
Budget per person is THB 3,490++ for the six-course tasting menu (plus tax and 10% service charge on top of that). Book via TableCheck as the main channel, or use Chope, call +66 83 959 6296, or LINE @codabangkok. Every booking carries a deposit of THB 1,500 net per person, deducted from the bill when you pay. Cancel free of charge with at least 72 hours' notice (refund within 15 business days); a no-show forfeits the deposit. Online booking covers up to 5 guests — more than that, contact the restaurant directly.
The restaurant is in Sindhorn Village, at the intersection of Witthayu Road and Soi Ton Son, with two entrances. It's about a 12-minute walk from BTS Ploen Chit, or MRT Lumphini works about the same distance, roughly 10-12 minutes. Check opening hours before you go: Monday-Thursday it's dinner only, 18:00-23:00, while Friday-Sunday add a lunch service, 12:30-15:30. If lunch works better for you, aim for a weekend only. The menu is seasonal, so it keeps changing — book ahead and let the kitchen handle the rest. Read the full review →
Jay Fai
Budget per person depends on what you order: a single dish runs about THB 600–1,000, but if you come and don't order the crab omelette at THB 1,500, it's as if you never came at all. Crab fried with curry powder is THB 2,000, prawns fried with curry powder THB 1,800 (2025 prices), and note that it's cash only. The restaurant's main system is walk-in — sign your name on the list outside and wait to be called. During peak times the wait can run anywhere from 1 to 5 hours. To cut the wait, arrive 30–60 minutes before opening to get an early spot on the list, or come around 3pm when the queue is shorter. The restaurant recently added a Chope booking page open up to 2 months in advance, but slots are very limited — check availability before you travel. The restaurant does not take phone bookings.
Open Wednesday–Saturday, roughly 09:00/10:00–19:00, closed Sunday–Tuesday, though hours change often — check IG @jayfaibangkok before you leave home every time. Getting there is easier than you'd think: get off at MRT Sam Yot, walk about 10 minutes to the Pratunam Phi area. Seating is genuine street-side tables, so dress casually, and build in plenty of extra time, since Jay Fai cooks every wok herself and slow food is simply how the restaurant works. Juksunchae
The 11-course dinner menu at THB 3,900++ is a strong deal for a One Star restaurant in the middle of Sukhumvit, but the real challenge is seating — the whole restaurant has just 12 seats a night around the marble counter, and after the MICHELIN 2026 announcement you should book several days to a week ahead, especially for Friday-Saturday nights. There's no automated online booking system on the website — you'll need to book directly through one of 3 channels: phone at +66 98 333 4498, LINE (lin.ee/rXXQuCU), or email at reservation@juksunchae.com — LINE and phone get the fastest replies.
The restaurant is in the Town Hall Sukhumvit 49 development, across from Samitivej Hospital. You can walk from BTS Thong Lo or Phrom Phong, but it takes about 15 minutes — a motorbike taxi or cab from the mouth of the soi is far more convenient than walking. Open Wednesday–Sunday 18:00–22:00 (closed Monday–Tuesday), with last orders at 20:00 since it's an 11-course tasting menu. It's worth booking an early slot, 18:00–18:30, so you can eat at a relaxed pace without rushing. The menu changes with the seasons every 3–6 months, so check with the restaurant beforehand to see what's on for that stretch. Read the full review →
Le Du
Budget per person starts at THB 4,500++ for the 4-course "Le Du Journey" or THB 5,500++ for the 6-course "Le Du Experience" (++ meaning 10% service charge + 7% VAT). If your group is more than 5 people, the restaurant requires the whole table to order the 6-course menu. Booking goes through the CoverManager system on ledubkk.com — book at least 1-2 weeks ahead, and watch for one important condition: changing or reducing your party size within 72 hours of your reservation carries a THB 5,000 per-person penalty. Food allergies or special occasions should also be flagged at least 72 hours in advance.
The restaurant is on Soi Silom 7, about a 4-minute walk from BTS Chong Nonsi — very convenient without needing a car. Open 18:00-23:00, closed Sundays (some periods have a lunch seating too on the booking system — check the booking page). Dress code is relaxed, just avoid tank tops and flip-flops. The one thing to watch out for is not confusing this restaurant with Nusara or Le Du Kaan, separate sister restaurants under the same chef — double-check the restaurant name when you book. Nahm
Budget around THB 3,900 per person for the set/degustation menu (per recent diner reports), with a la carte also available. If you want to add the wine pairing, set aside some extra budget. The restaurant is open for dinner only, every day, 18:00-22:00. Booking runs mainly through OpenTable (linked directly from the COMO website), or you can book via Chope, by phone at +66 2 625 3388, or via WhatsApp at +66 90 198 5413. The good news is that this restaurant is easier to book than most starred Thai rooms — booking within the same week usually still finds a table, with no complicated deposit process, except during the December-January peak season when you should book a bit earlier.
Getting there is easy — the restaurant is on the ground floor of the COMO Metropolitan Bangkok hotel at 27 South Sathorn Road; get off at MRT Lumphini station and walk about 7 minutes. The dress code is smart casual for dinner — no slippers, athletic wear, or shorts. It's worth arriving for the first seating at 18:00 so you can enjoy the degustation menu without feeling rushed. Nawa
Budget runs about 3,800++ baht per person for the seasonal tasting menu. If you bring your own wine, corkage runs about 1,000 baht. Booking is mainly through TableCheck, open up to 60 days ahead, and reservations need at least 24 hours' notice. A deposit is taken at booking — a full refund only applies if you cancel 7 or more days out. Changing your party size needs at least 72 hours' notice by email at info@nawathaicuisine.com, or you can reach the restaurant through LINE @nawathaicuisine or +66 84 296 2442.
The restaurant is dinner-only, Thursday to Monday (closed Tuesday-Wednesday), split into two seatings at 17:45 and 20:30. The room is small with limited seats, and weekends fill up first — if you can choose, the earlier 17:45 seating lets you eat at an easier pace without feeling rushed. The restaurant sits on the 1st floor of Park Lane, Sukhumvit 63, about 400 metres from BTS Ekkamai, roughly a 6-minute walk. If you're driving, Park Lane has parking on-site, so there's no need to circle the block looking for street parking. Read the full review →
Nusara
Budget around 5,990++ baht per person for the 12-course tasting menu, and you must book through TableCheck only, paying in full upfront — the deposit is non-refundable. Date changes need at least 7 business days' notice, and even an eligible refund only returns 80%. Seats book out weeks ahead because the restaurant is ranked No. 5 on Asia's 50 Best 2026, so grab any open date the moment you see one. No walk-ins, full stop.
The restaurant sits on Maha Rat Road in Tha Tien, directly across from Wat Pho. The easiest way there is MRT Sanam Chai, then about a 10-minute walk. There's no parking at the restaurant itself if you're driving — use the Wat Pho or Royal Thai Navy Club public parking. Open for dinner only, roughly 18:00–23:00, with last orders at 20:30, closed Tuesdays (double-check the day off when booking). Dinner runs about two and a half hours — book an early seating and ask for an upper-floor table to see Wat Pho lit up in the evening. Dress code is smart casual, no flip-flops or tank tops. The private room has a 60,000++ baht minimum spend, and corkage runs 2,000++ baht per bottle. Read the full review →
